Top 5 is great, hate it's to the Cavs but what can you do. Good luck kid!

Congrats to the kid. He played as hard as any freshman I’ve ever seen at AU. Be smart with that money. War Eagle!

Don’t remember any freshman moments out of him at all. He was very impressive. Looking at his Cleveland roster, it’s not terrible. Hopefully he can shine.

Would’ve loved for him to go to a better team but that contract is sweet. Stoked for him

Awesome to see. Came in as a 3-4 year player and leaves as a one and done, top 5 pick. This will be a big sell for Bruce on the recruiting trail.

Good for him.

If he gets good advice, he is set for life.

After taxes, 6.5 million guaranteed.

So he could easily save 3 Or 4 million dollars.

Interesting that there have been 4 players that played for the CCs...

Mike Mitchell was a 1st round pick by them.

Eddie Johnson and Wesley Person played for the Cavs.

Sharifes dad is his agent too. Hopefully with knowing him since childhood helps and he’s not out to squeeze every penny out of him like some agents.

If his dad is smart, he wouldn't do that. He has inside access to a lot of ATL area kids who are NBA talents. He would make more money using Okoro as a launch pad for being a good agent to more kids than swindling one kid
