This team is capable of a sweet 16 with the right draw. They just need some big wins. This was another Quad1. Arkansas is a Tourny team for sure.

The SEC in all major sports is highly competitive and most games come down to a few plays. So when you’re constantly getting jobbed on a few critical plays. You will lose more than you win. It also weighs on all teams mentally.
Of course I’ve never seen a game winner overturned without clear evidence. Oh wait…

This is the first time since NIL we got transfer QB that was a starter for his current team. Everyone else was 2nd string or about to be. (Finley,Thorne, Arnold)
It’s all you have to do is get a QB. But NEVER get one that is about to get benched after playing the previous year. Thats what we did the last 4 years. It was like we were a Non-P4 (Freeze thought he was at Liberty or would get another Malik). Yall can blame the Oline but they weren’t that bad once we got rid of the QBs that just held the ball. The number of 6’2+ 240lb 4,5 - pass rushers is growing. You got to have Oline that can compete but they are going to lose plenty of battles. QB has to be mobile or pocket shifting Mendoza type that gets it out quick. Our QBs have sucked since Nix, and evidently he was a head case and got worse.
We are Back! We have a STUD at QB that will make everyone look better. We have been in a severe QB drought. We got the most important position. Ships on the way…

Cam may end up great, but he was way more hype than production at Auburn. Maybe it wasn’t his fault. Lots of money makes losing a lot easier. Just ask Freeze

Well, we’re really a couple of guys away from stepping up here. We’ve lost 3 close games, final possession and 3 blowouts to final 4 teams. UM may not lose. This is a great opportunity. Everyone has to learn. Plus the SEC has a hard on for Cohen and it’s beyond obvious at this point. A/M hacked the shite out of us all night. Not to mention the most bs call ever over turning the basket at the end. I’ve yet to see a clear still image of the final shot. Why are all of them blurry, the ball isn’t even round

Indiana just blew Bama out with a bunch of JMU players. One of these days people are going to realize the new college football is not remotely close to the old college football. Times have a changed. I follow Ga HS ball pretty close and schools are totally missing kids and they are going to schools like Wake Forest (TCC RB) and USF etc. Then moving on in the portal if they are good enough. Big schools are creating feeder schools at the juco and lower divisions to help combat the scholly limits due to portal. Parity is real and coaching and QB play is the difference maker
Davenport is a stud. He will help the RB room. Great kid, good burst and hard to tackle. Excited to see what this kid does over next two years. Great pickup.
There are no leaders on this team. Pett fouling out on that was a terrible call by the coach. It was a we lost mentality. Cant do that in my view. We needed him. Jovic foul was BS, but he shouldn’t have done it, he lapsed on the blockout of the small dude.
Our offense is too many 1x1’s because we can’t play strong in traffic and finish. If we pass it inside it’s always turnover or block.

Ole Miss QB is the difference. Lanes best skill is he can identify and coach a QB. Super Elite ones….Ole Miss playing inspired. Some of these coaches have figured out NIL world and others haven’t. The SEC has looked like a band of misfit toys. Sloppy, low effort ( damn Bama you can’t get dog walked to Indiana), kids playing for the highlights and a pay raise. SEC and OSU types better figure NIL out. This was a bad year for SEC football but little old Ole Miss can save it….
