Nobody is saying you can’t. We are just saying it’s really flipping weird what y’all let LeBron do to your brain

Well you didn’t read either…

I said I don’t know why we would boo Lebron.

And I also disagreed to a poster who said it was inconsistent to believe in free speech and to hate Lebron for sitting during the anthem.

Somewhere along people forgot that politics are not a substitute for a personality.

What a tired arse, reactionary take. If burning a flag is protected speech (as SCOTUS has confirmed), then certainly sitting during the anthem is as well. You might not like it, but if you believe in the principals you're ostensibly "upholding" then you need to be logically consistent.

No this is a dumbass take. You can be all for free speech rights but you don’t have to like the actions.

Let him do what he wants, sure it’s protected but so is my right to hate the son of a bitch.

I have not watch a NFL game since they started sitting, hell I don't know if they still do. Which brings the question do they still sit for the NA.

It's just some kid. If it's not a kid then he/she/they/them isn't mentally well.

LOL I caught it, shook my head, moved on. People that complain about millennials don't realize that the oldest are like 42 at this point. I'm 41, live in a near constant state of frustration, am typing this from the toilet, and about to go to bed at 8:40pm

Yes! I love the term boomer. It immediately provides an apt description of stupid behavior and thinking. It’s funny how many people that term upsets in here.

Having said that, frick this stupid thread. Back to recruiting.

You say that like I'm suppose to be offended?

Instead of proudly knowing you'll likely never do half the shite I've done. Because mamma probably wouldn't let you out of her sight and daddy another step this side of such a prohibitive mother. It's like how boomers are half the men their daddy's were. You know those guys who won the wars which allowed us to get softer and softer.

And if I'm wrong about you, that's ok, because internet banter doesn't have to be true or taken serious. Nor everyone have the same opinion. As if I even knew LeBron sat (or stood up) for his beliefs.

Ok, junior.

It's not an outlandish take. I'm 52 and grew up watching MJ. LeBron is a more talented individual in almost every aspect. Where MJ is superior is his drive and will aka the heart of a champion. It's close and if I'm starting a team I'm taking Jordan but it's certainly not retarded to think otherwise.

This. What set Jordan apart and made him the greatest was his psychopathic dislike of losing.

Raw ability wise Lebron is God’s gift to basketball. If he had Jordan’s drive he’d be unstoppable.
