I would think quite the opposite - Gentry and Cam were best boys in high school. Cam is now a millionaire campus super star in the SEC. I think Cams social circle has expanded, and Gentry probably feeling a little in the shadows

Yes, and would have never sniffed a meaningful snap at AU with our WR room. He's going to go somewhere small and likely play. Good for him - he helped us lock up Cam, was by all accounts a good teammate. Hope he goes somewhere and shines.

I had never heard of anything like that either - my question is this something that could be a symptom of or directly attributable to CTE?
My (limited) understanding is that CTE is the physical result of repeated head shots, but CTE can manifest itself through a number of psychological issues. Am I off on that?

Seeing Duke go down def eased the immediate pain. Not that I was anti Duke, just in the madness, the best team doesn’t always win, and in this final four there were four ‘best’ teams. Those 4 play each other 10 times, and I bet they all finish close to .500.
This morning, watching our guys on all the post game vids broke my heart for them. I want to celebrate this team - they deserve it, and I’m not gonna be upset about last night anymore.
What a great ride, god bless our team and WDE.

You guys are idiots. Yeah we let slip away but that wasn’t bad ball by us overall. We tried to play their pace for five minute span in each half - and particularly in second half, which led to our self inflicted turnovers.

Half his points came on contested shots that he made cause he’s a baller.
He’ll get the attention, but we still could’ve won even with him popping. Turnovers and being too out of control on offense at several spans killed us.

Clayton is just damned good. But he didn’t beat us. We had two five minute runs where we completely got away from our offensive style, got too fast and sloppy. That beat us

I think a high school kid would enjoy the thought of being on a massive Nike Ad campaign even if they didnt get paid for it (which they likely still would). That would only increase the players own imaging/brand, but wouldnt come out of AU's direct pocket.

I guess this is somewhat recruiting related, so will put it here. Particularly if we win the Natty, but even if not, it would be awesome if Nike did some huge ad campaign rolling out our new deal by promoting the Bball team. That would be some serious *free* publicity for recruiting. Throw in Barkley and Bo, could be a lotta buzz around AU this summer.

Agree - the final result was the best thing that could’ve happened. No Denver isn’t a true PG, but his defense at the 1 was legendary
