What makes us an issue for everyone is our elite D and bench. Those won't slump.

I mean Kessler barely played in Tuscaloosa and Jabari was 2-15 in Columbia. Think we've shown we can answer the bell when one of our stars doesn't contribute.

I like Titus & Tate fine but they don’t watch these games too closely. They are big 10 and ACC guys and then follow it more generally on a national level. They also are half serious and don’t even pretend to be experts. Titus played at OSU with Oden but talks about hoops like a pretty average joe. They are just fun.

The concept that any team benefits from a loss is stupid. If you lose a coach can spin the situation positively, but a loss will always be a loss. Right now a loss would put us one game closer to sharing an SEC title with UK.

Every team win or lose needs to work to improve week to week. Coaches can use many tools to spur that growth and as far as I'm concerned we should go out and win them all until we don't.

Loss isn’t necessarily the right way to look at it… teams need to be tested.

Losses can be humbling… getting our arse kicked in Lexington back in 2019 kickstarted something special. Might’ve happened anyway, who knows.

Agreed but it isn't necessary. Looking back at 2019 when we shot well we could beat anyone...late in the season we began running the O through Chuma similar to the way UTk used Lawson and the run began. We managed hot shooting after Chuma went out so his loss wasn't felt "as bad" if we'd of had a bad shooting night we would have realized how flexing him to the free throw line and top of the key was bridging bad shooting stretches for us late in the season.

His attitude and humbleness while being so good makes him a great teammate and even more fun to watch. Thanks for posting that.

Just win. No injuries. Thank you please.

Some really good games today. Could be a lot of shakeups. Wish the late Pac 12 game was USC/Arizona, but we get a decent Gonzaga road game late.

Zep Jasper is out today. Minor illness, but no C19.

Man, Jasper out and they have their leading scorer (not even gonna attempt to spell his name) who was out the last time we played them. This game and the trips to Fayetville and Knoxville are the three that I think we could realistically drop.

Here's to a good game today

Today is a good day not to foul as much as we do.
The reason we are 6th on kenpom is that we foul so much.
Georgia is a good foul-shooting team.
Win-win.
