Let’s talk about now please.

Let me know how his trips to Atlanta went. Tubby went there. Terry went there. Gus went there. Gene won it all.

Guess what low expectations yield?

So Pete is a never Freeze guy. Got it… I knew there were a couple of them. I don’t keep receipts of posters.

Oh, because I wanted Prime and not Freeze that excuses this historic loss?

Historic. Think on that.

Keep simping Corch. Accept failure. Good lord.

And you don’t need fricking receipts, I’ll tell you right fricking now. Receipts? Get a fricking life.

There was 0 since of pride, hustle, desire, want to, and execution today. That is pathetic. With these 18-22 year olds getting paid now the people that pay are entitled to be pissed. I do not fault anybody that is calling for heads to roll. Coaches are paid to be prepared. These players are paid now to execute and give a 1/2 a crap.

You wanted money…earn it on all levels. Bunch of titty babies out there.

I was in favor of Prime too.

Looking at Prime's results so far this year, however, I'm not so sure he'd have done any better than CHF.

HOWEVER, it definitely would have been more fun to watch than the dull pain and repetitive failure that CHF has "coached" into this Auburn team thus far in 2023.

We hired another Gus. They are pals. They share the same mindset. It is what it is.

Historic! We lost to New Mexico fricking State by three touchdowns? Is this the Auburn you know or grew up with?

Do not ever accept mediocrity or just loserness. Just don’t.

You think Prime would flip around Auburn lol. He will be done in less than 2 seasons after his sons are gone. He will claim health issues.

I fell for the Prime hype but we definitely dodged a bullet on that one.

He honestly hasn't.

I love you man but I am not sure about that. What Prime is "teaching" to college kids is not a good thing. You can see it on his players. He is basically doing exactly what the people that were against him said he was going to do. I was really indifferent on him being a coach. I wasn't sure how it would go but it has not gone well. He got a lot of press, he didnt deliver then he played the blame game and his players imitated his actions. It's not a good look.

Freeze is also doing what some were afraid of. This loss is another ding on him and from what some posters said about tiger walk yesterday, he is really changing the culture. But not in a good way. I hope he doesnt become what some were afraid he would hear at Auburn. Some on this board are giving him a long leash. I am a little surprised to be honest. WE will see how next year plays out.

Do we know what kind of contract we have with him? Years wise?

I agree. This was an embarrassing loss but it is a nonconfence game in the first season with a new coach. I think the coaches and players were probably focused more on next week's game than this one.

I was as anti-Freeze as any, but like it or not he's our coach. As shitty as the performance was today, we are going to have to find some patience as fans. Give the guy a chance, at least thru '26, before breaking out the pitch forks. Let the man build his roster.

Sounds like the uniformity of the team was not there and just a bunch of individuals. There is a post here and some people talking about it on a different page

I only remember three Freeze supporters on here last year.

Freeze was not wanted. It took a Will Herring "get in line" video for the PTB to tell the fans they were getting what they wanted.

a crappy football coach did what no other coach ever did and beat a Spurrier Florida team twice in the same season

the following year, the same crappy coach lost at home by 3 TDs to a CUSA team

but good job reinforcing the fact that we hired the guy based almost solely on him having beaten Bama twice almost a decade ago

conveniently ignoring the fact that he also lost to Bert at Arky later the same years he beat Saban

So you want us to get back into the revolving coaches crapfest and set the program back even more. Cool!
