I can only assume you were there because that’s the one and only way you could know this is the case. If you weren’t there, you are guilty of doing exactly the same thing as Clay Travis and friends - presenting what you want to be true as actual truth. Only the trial and actual evidence can tell us what really happened so it’s best to not declare absolutes until that evidence is shown.

I made the mistake of looking at the Rant. I had avoided it for the most part. I won’t be back for a while. The average IQ on there can’t be above 80. Simple legal concepts totally confuse them. There can’t be a bigger collection of idiots anywhere.

I will say this you can't determine who your child, friend, or family member chooses to have a relationship with the best thing you can do as someone who cares is to warn them that you don't feel that person is suitable for them to interact with on any level. I feel indifferent to Miles and Davis in this situation but I believe Miller deserves more grace and empathy in this situation as I believe he is basically just a casualty of a bad situation.

People really think Kentucky's back because they beat Florida & Auburn really.

Florida was without their best player and he absolutely cooked them the first time they played and Kentucky barely won at home against them this previous game which was played in Lexington so all I got to say is..."Naw Dawg"
I'm not even gone speak on Auburn because they are horrible but they will play us harder than anybody on their schedule.

Why not focus on the matters of substance, where Brandon has been cleared and was outstanding in his conduct with Law Enforcement: Voluntarily, he was very forthcoming, he did not demand a lawyer, he gave them his auto cam, he gave them his phone. All of these things are the actions of someone with a clear conscience and who wants to help LE determine the truth. That is what matters, not some intro that only overlapped with the tragedy accidentally and tangentially.
Past caring much about what a largely corrupt media does for money and attention. Many are scum. 24% approval rating for a reason. They are worse than used car salesmen because of their responsibility.

And Miles is a defendant charged with capital murder. The other guy says the opposite. Absent corroborating evidence, neither statement is worth any more than the other.
So, again, what you’re doing is taking what you want to be true and presenting it as known fact.
You want Miles to be innocent. We all want Miles to be innocent but none of us can say with any certainty that Miles is innocent or guilty. All we know is a young girl is dead, she was killed by a bullet fired from Miles’ gun fired by Miles’ buddy, the guy she was with fired a pistol as well, and a judge has found sufficient evidence to sustain a charge of capital murder. The last is a fairly low far but it was the first step in finding out what really happened. That’s where Miller’s involvement came to public light.
View public statements made by involved parties with skepticism and wait on the evidence.

Just add this to my ever-growing list of things that make me realize that even though I am not old, I have definitely reached the age where I am completely out of the loop. Kind of like when I see a random list of 20 celebrities and i've never heard of 17 or 18 of them.

There's an entire forum on Reddit called IdiotsInCars where the vast majority of the videos that get posted come from personal dashcams. Tons of people have them these days. I'd never get one just because my wife would totally "review" my driving and give me all kinds of shite about it.
