I got into a server running with a consistent squad for a couple of hours tonight and had an absolute blast. Communication is key and we were setting up OPs and staying on objectives. I ran medic the whole time and got a ton of revives which is a lot of XP.

This game is hella fun when folks are playing roles right and communicating.

It's a completely different experience when the squad lead is good and communicates clearly. Even more so when your team calls out things and everyone is working toward the same thing.

I'll hop in a squad and made call outs and ping enemies but hear nothing from squad mates. It seems like folks are just spawning in and running towards action like its COD.
I haven’t been able to get into a good squad with mics yet. Lots of dying and not even seeing the enemy.

But my all time favorite is Nassau 1990. The addition of a sax player Branford Marsalis makes for the best Eyes of the World to me.

Most New Yorkers are too stupid to know what is happening.
My very first memory is watching a game and my mom pointing out Coach Stallings on the sideline fussing at referee. Next was my first time going to a game at Bryant Denny and I remember it was Vanderbilt and there only only one upper deck. I cannot remember which year. I was born in 90.

Did they even make the playoffs in that crazy year he had?

No, they lost every game to a good team. He put up video game numbers against Grambling State, Miss State, Arkansas, Auburn, Army, Georgia State and Texas A&M.
Is that $30k USD? Because their currency is almost toilet paper right now.
I'm out of the loop so suppressors no longer require NFA forms and months of waiting?
What if this is a fake story used to find a leaker?

I just can’t get into anything post Brent

I started listening to more of the Bruce shows recently and I’m really liking them. I like Bruce’s style and the grand piano is of course different than Brent’s style but both are fantastic.
I went with a group of guys and one had never listened to the Dead and couldn’t name a song. He was blown away by the show. Mickey was hilarious during drums. Garcia copying Bruce’s notes and Bruce’s face when he realized it on Eyes was hilarious.

re: 9mm 1911: recommendations please

I had a Springfield Operator 9mm that I used for a bit in IDPA and it was great. I moved to shooting more USPSA so the 9mm 1911 turned into a safe queen then I traded it for a Springfield Operator .45

She saw over 25 patients a day dying an agonizing death in her hospital.

When you see that many grieving families with no end in sight to the pain & suffering I imagine it causes a form of panic and a loss of composure.

A doctor should be able to maintain composure under stress or they shouldn't be practicing medicine.
