You seriously think Allen is better than Philon? Without Philon this team is not a tournament team at all.

Big Chuck is showing what we’ve needed all year. A big to control the boards and alter shots on defense and be a lob threat on offense. He takes this team to a whole new level. Hope we can get him eligible for the entire season.

There goes you soft big man getting rejected in a three. As I said he is SOFT!!!! I’m rooting for the kid but it’s obvious but he’s also all we have. Don’t get mad when I point it out.

You are correct. He’s the best coach we’ve had but his system will never win a championship in its current form. He allows too much of freedom and it hurts in close games. Cliff and Bediako were his best centers and this year we don’t have anyone near them in the post. He is too insistent on three pointers.

He’s only calling them what they play like. Our coaches talked to us like that and it made us tougher.

Philon seems like his head is somewhere else. My issue is that Nate is so reluctant to play Bethea. When Mallette is not hitting threes he offers us absolutely nothing. Bethea can play just as good defense as him and get a few baskets.

The issue is all four of our post players are soft as charmin tissue. Our guards have to play out of their minds every game because of this. Bowen and Sherrell have to stiffen up in the low post. We also don’t have bigs who can play above the rim and catch alley oops. That would open up our offense so much more.
