The loss last year was inexcusable because FSU wasn't very good. Same would apply this year. But it's at home and Bama will have a couple of games to feel things out.
But FSU is not a top 25 team. That's a silly thing to say.

We'll win. It just comes down to HOW we win. If we come out ready to kick arse and take names, we can kick their arse.
If we come out looking at how they're unranked, and think we can just show up and win, it could be an ugly day for us.
I'm also worried about injuries. We had a lot of guys get beat up vs. them last year.
It's really just a shitty game to have on our schedule. It does nothing to help us.

To be fair he was responding to the other poster that said FSU is a top 25 team and better than half the SEC teams we play this year along with having a great QB.
I don’t think any of those statements are true (especially the QB being great) but I still think it can be a tough game

He threw for 259 on 39 attempts, but half of those yards came on 2 passes where Malcolm Simmons made great plays. Also, it was the Iron Bowl, where Auburn practices black magic on the field before the game.

That almost is doing 44 yards worth of work. He threw for 256. He only completed 46% of his passes and threw a pick. He sucks as a passer.
As for them playing like a top 25 team. That's laughable. Top 25 teams win at home when the other team turns the ball over 4 times.

I didn’t watch the game, but looking at the team stats, I would’ve assumed SMU beat them by 20+ points. Then I saw why they didn’t. They turned the ball over 4 times to FSU’s 1. FSU seems like they’re a one dimensional offense that can’t pass very well and a defense that can’t defend the pass very well. I think our run defense will force them to throw a lot on 3rd and long situations. That spells disaster for FSU with our secondary. I’d predict that game 42-10 Bama.

New head coach, army of transfers, probably kept it close to the vest in week 1 against an overmatched FCS team.
Think we are going to have to show up ready to play, whether the first quarter and then take control. Hoping the defense dominates field position and we can get a quick score, but history tells me this will follow most of our road games like this. Hopefully we find a way to win.
