Arab, Alabama OL Stafford Willis commits to Alabama.

There was no doubt where he was going once he got the Bama offer.
Congrats Sooners!

I guess we can see Skip in the MLB soon.

Harbaugh beats Bama, wins NC, goes to the NFL
May beats Bama, wins NC, goes to the NBA
Skip beats Bama, wins NC, ......???

Alabama's 2026-27 non-conference slate as of 6/18:

Nov. 2 – vs. Sam Houston
Nov. 13 – vs. Seton Hall
Nov. 24 – vs. Baylor (Las Vegas)
Nov. 26 – vs. Gonzaga/Kansas State (Las Vegas)
Nov. 27 – vs. TBD (Las Vegas)
Nov. 28 – Players Era championship, if necessary
Dec. 2 – @ Miami
Dec. 12 – vs. St. John’s (Birmingham)
Dec. 21 – @ Iowa (Des Moines)
TBD – vs. Houston (New York City)
TBD – @ South Florida

Per a couple of Samford Players, Bama and Samford will face off sometime this season.
It appears that Bama has offered OL Stafford Willis from Arab High School. He's released his top 5 including Bama, UCLA, VT, UVa and SC east.

Well, we have Lane now and you don't so we'll see whether your shite talk holds up going forward

What's Lane's record vs Bama?
Man I hate seeing a called 3rd strike with 2 out and a runner in scoring position. Swing the freaking bat!
Interesting that you mention MAGA and Trump and that you disagree with them, but you say nothing about the states that were redistricting their states to eliminate red seats. The moves that prompted the SCOTUS to make their ruling.

Gimmick unis are usually a money grab. Changing helmet colors doesn't really lend to fans buying new merch. Bryant did it because the helmets looked similar to the opponent. Not sure what the motivation would be if we changed helmets now.

9/25 Northwestern at IU (Northwestern is pretty mediocre, probably a 6-6 or 5-7
team)

10/3 At Rutgers (another mediocre team)

10/10 At Nebraska (another mediocre team)

10/17 OSU at home (probably the only team that beats IU this year)

10/24 At Michigan (could be a trap game, coming off an emotional/physical game vs OSU?)

10/31 Minnesota at home (another perrennial 6-6 team)

11/14 USC at home (Is there a more under performing coach in America than Lincoln Riley?)

11/21 Washington at home (another perrennial 6-6 or 7-5 team)

11/28 Purdue at home (Will be absolute carnage, Purdue is terrible)

How do we get 6 home games and 3 on the road for in conference?

I’m willing to concede advertising works on the majority of people or these companies wouldn’t spend obscene amounts of money on it. I think it’s stupid but I can admit it’s obviously effective.

I compare this to the thought of putting a political sign in a yard. "oh, Bob likes this guy? Guess I should vote for him too." But my thought is usually, "Bob likes this guy? Bobs an idiot on most stuff, probably this subject too"

How small is your football stadium?
How small your baskeball arena?

I'm old enough to have seen in person a curtain hanging in the AU basketball arena.
curious how this number compares with 5 years ago, or 10.
Not sure if its true or just something I've convinced myself is true, but I just don't think Red Morgan is that good in coverage. In my memory, he gets lost a lot in coverage and gets beat. I love the rest of the DBs, just not sold on him.
Murph needs to talk to the Freshman from Arab thats playing at NC State (Lilly Livingston). 3rd Baseman and hits well. 14 Homers already in her inaugural season. Bring her back home!
Sort of off topic but the concert this past weekend in Ttown, are we expecting any of that revenue to help our NIL in any sports? If so do any of the insiders know what the breakdown will be for the sports?

Not sure what you guys saw from him that shows promise. His reaction time was slower than Sherrell's.

Crazy, because it didn't look like there were enough folks at the game to cause a shut down at Sonic, much less the strip.

Their new teams appreciate you giving the guys more practice.
