I just in no way believe that a team full of guys who came to Alabama to be coached by Nick Saban would not immediately flock to the portal if they were told Dabo is now there coach. It will have to be someone with some type of serious business approach.

Which is why it'd be such a shite hire. The change in program culture would be so extreme that it would run off a large chunk of the roster that Dabo would then decline to replace because the only portal we need is the portal to heaven.

The players were told to wait 72 hours. If they miss that window then you know Mark Richt has lost control of Greg Byrne.

Hire Kiffin now

Alright I think I just burned my last card but I reached out to my best source inside the program. If he doesn’t know anything then whatever. I’ll let you know. He is pretty high up. Either way I hope it’s today.

DeBoer is working on a contract extension

Sark, Norvell, Deboer, Lanning are all off the board

Kiffin/Dabo remain

This is like going into the Dr to get a mole biopsied and waiting all weekend for Monday to come to hear the news. Meanwhile you’re reading WebMd and horror stores about cancer even though you have no new evidence about your own situation.

It's early, and that's already the frontrunner for post of the day.

Good lord. All these coaches owe Saban a HUGE thank you for these raises they're getting just because their names have been thrown around as a HC candidate for the Bama job.

We're pretty well into our Boys from Brazil experiment. There's teenagers all over the Appalachians, pumping gas, who ain't got time for that shite.

Oh well, guess we will just hire someone who will suck for a few years and then maybe our next AD can hire a decent replacement. If Byrne can’t do better than this then he needs to go back to Arizona, or perhaps to Siberia.

There are reports of them working on a contract extension, but nothing concrete.

Fsu is going to regret that.

Looks like my predictions are coming true.

Indiana just introduced a bill to allow 14 year olds to drop out and work at corporate farms. Pretty sure there's one of Mengele's clones in southern Indiana, perfecting his work ethic.

I don't think we've heard anything definitive with DeBoer BUT his daughter committed to UW Softball around 9 weeks ago.
