im a vintage guy
So. It depends on what you call vintage. My pride is a 1990 date just. I also have some newer Hamiltons, but I want to buy a speedy next to hand down to my son one day. I’m also a gun but, which tends to be another expensive hobby. Round that off with golf, and my wife has his the trifecta lol

Just curious... are watches the only jewelry you wear?
Yes, that and a wedding band is all I wear.

You could get a 911 Carrera T for the kind of money you spend to get a S580. That's all I'm saying too... S580 is the absolute gold standard for full-size luxury but that is something I'd probably get to drive my kid to school then let that V8 rip after I get out of the school zone.
Very fair. I have a neighbor with a maybach SUC and it’s nasty, t
I plan to be a 80s to 90s 911, or a Jaguar XJS within the year for a weekend ride for me and the Mrs. Depending on certain goals, and my crippling addiction to nice watches. lol

That same DC went further in the playoffs than our guy. It’s a tough scene

Texans defense is elite. Their offense is just another level of bad.

Did you read literally anything I said? I don’t support him, I don’t live in the state that he is elected. I met him at an airport leaving DC where I was lobbying for an entity that probably produces more jobs and income in the state of Alabama than anything else. I may be a low IQ idiot, but I can certainly read and understand the text that I’ve read. I can also put my political differences aside if it impedes my ability to look at someone’s true character and who we are. So if you’ve ever taken advice from a low IQ idiot, let it be this: try to read and comprehend before lashing out, and don’t judge someone by the box they check on a ballot. I’ll even let you in on a secret I learned while being there; those people don’t hate each other as bad a they make us all hate each other.

It would be shortly thereafter said coach grew a pair of balls and acted like a leader. Apparently, we don't have anyone like that on our staff.
You got down voted to hell, (for whatever that’s worth)…but you’re exactly right. Anyone in leadership would tell you, it isn’t that guys place to pull himself. As a leader or coach you make that call.

No, but the fact that you think a dude with a dick and a wig is a woman because he says so may be a better indicator of any litmus test I need to know. None of this was my intention, but yeah, I mean in our nations capitol it would be super cool to see; you know, our nations flag. I would certainly not put another countries flag in front of my own. As a matter of fact, it may be a litmus test for the priority of the country and people you represent.

Wasn't he instrumental in getting Trump to move Space Force Command to Huntsville?
That I can confirm. I suppose I should’ve known the route this would go, but sometimes I just get these crazy ideas that grown ups can have a conversation about a human being, that happens to be in politics, without sharing political ideas. He did coach our team’s biggest rival for many years after all. If you want to get political; I will leave this tidbit. There were several offices that had other country’s flags outside their doors, without having the flag of the country they work for…every single one was the same party; and I’d bet everyone could take a guess of which one that may be. Heck, one of them…everyone’s favorite former speaker of the house; had two pride flags, an Ukraine flag, and a California state flag, and no American flag.

Can’t speak to that honestly. Just my personal experience. My little team nearly got stampeded by 15 overweight teeny bop girls screeching while they took a snap chat of AOC walking the halls of congress. They literally almost knocked an elderly gentleman down without an apology or anything else. By far the most negative experience I had with anyone there.

Yeah, I can only say how he was to me. He was a super nice guy. Obviously you’d think most would be, but I had a run in with one very prominent person there that was an absolute piece of work. Blatantly a shitty person.

Totally agree, Maxine waters was over there too; I certainly didn’t go out of my way to meet her. She legit looks like a dried raisin in real life.

So I got an invite today to a lobbying trip in DC that my company helps out with. I started going through my photos of last year to remember all of the reps and such I met with. I stumbled across a picture with Tommy. My team didn’t lobby with him, as I live in Tennessee and hit all of our elected officials. However, on our way out of town, I ran into Tommy at my airline terminal. We were sitting rather close, so I figured I’d ask for a picture and give him a Roll Tide. I did, we bantered back and forth a bit; and he ended up being a super nice guy. When I left, I remember almost being disappointed; I went through middle school and early highschool hating the guy; only to find out he was just another dude, and a nice one at that. I don’t think I’ve ever shared that on here; and with it being the off season, I am curious: do you have any villains that’s you’ve created through sports or anything else that you’ve met, and the turned out pretty decent?

Is it odd that I would personally like to have a Super Bowl winning coach head coach my favorite sports team? It obviously not in the cards; I just like his style.

They have mentioned a few times this year he was entertaining some broadcasting roles. It’s certainly a pipe dream, but I’d love having him coach Alabama one day.

I’m somewhere in the middle of sunshine pumper, and gloom and boomer: this whole portal thing is another giant loss for us. We can sugar coat it any way we want, there aren’t a lot of silver linings going on with our program right now.

I played defense and have 7 or so years of coaching defense. Prevent is the dumbest thing you can do. If you look at the amount of games lost by prevent, vs running the defense that got you in the game in the first place…I’m not sure how you ever go prevent.
