I think during his post game press conference is the worse I've ever seen him look. He looks cooked

Yeah, I was just watching a clip and he seems lost. Idk why LSU fans think he is Saban 2.0.

He looked shell shocked. He was there but he wasn’t all there.

He looked like that during his Gameday interview. Just seemed rattled.

I gotta be honest, I really thought LSU would win that game by at least 14 points. My guess is he thought the same and reality has sunk in that LSU isn't invincible. Hats off to the Rebs.They played their asses off.

Chambliss was in hyperspace. I know football isn’t a one-man sport and whether he should even be there is grist for discussion, but he wasn’t coming back to that sideline a loser after 4 quarters.

The media saying they should be top 4 - and the swagger of everyone in purple and gold - shaped the narrative. I'm just glad Ole Miss didn't believe it

I remember seeing this old video of Coach Bryant talking about how if our players can consistently "give a little extry" on every play in every game, then we would most likely win. I think that's what OM did.
Like I said, hats off to the Rebs. They truly left it all on the field and played with a lot of guts.

I thought Ole Miss entered the game better than LSU at the majority of skill positions and I also believe Leavitt will be benched within the next 3 weeks. LSU is always pretty legit across both lines and that was probably going to be a big problem for Ole Miss if the game went any longer... All of that said, Trey Dez Green is one of the more terrifying players I have seen in college football in a long time. He's a video game created player. His injury didn't look good, hope the best for the guy, but that really helped Ole Miss as well. Leavitt could have basically thrown it to him everytime, but Leavitt is really over valued and they will turn on him soon.

I think if you went back you’d see he looks like that whenever he loses. Nothing new. He always looks a bit uncomfortable with the media but more so after losses. You’re making something up that isn’t really there. Kiffin is a good coach. He will probably do well at LSU. If you think differently, you might not have been paying attention.

Good coach, but he has definitely shown a history of struggling to win big games and that's not just at Ole Miss... It's been everywhere he has gone.

The LSU fanbase needs to reconcile with the very real possibility that Nick Saban pushed Kiffin on LSU, not because of some bullshite lost love or affection, as so many fans are wont to believe. But because he absolutely hates them.

Kiffin is a physically grown man who stopped maturing emotionally somewhere around 16-20, so like most teen boys he's deeply insecure about a number of things and masks it with performative bravado.

LSU needed to win the game more than Ole Miss. LSU (don't even take Kiffin into account) invested over $40 million into this roster in the offseason THEN made the big move of bringing in Kiffin. There's huge expectations for this team THIS year. They now have a stretch of games where if they split, it should be considered good. But losing the Ole Miss game, they really can only afford to lose one game in the stretch.

I've always thought this. I may be one of the few that never wanted him to be HC here because of this.
He is a very good coach and has shown improvement over the years except for his emotional maturity. He fits right in with that fanbase.
