No problem with different point of views. There just seems to be a tendacity by some to deliver those views with a side of condescending douchebaggery.

Heather at times looks attractive, but then sometimes not.

I held out against disparaging Dinich for a long time. Sure, she was a little anti-Bama and most of her analysis was surface level and FPI was her only reference for most arguments. But I thought she was somewhat charming and less obnoxious than most ESPN types. When she and Ivan Maisel talked on podcasts, I thought it was a pleasant listen.

But she's worn me down. She really is pretty stupid, and getting worse.

The problem is the elephant in the room literally and figuratively. With the dynasty Saban has not only built but sustained everyone(reporters) want to be the first on the scene when/if it stops. They want to be preemptive with stories that attack the program or propose possible cracks they make us look weak. In the college football world we have basically become the Trump of the media.

First time Heather Dinich and hot have been used in the same sentence.

Cecil Hurt was right about her. But the white knighting social media mob came after him.

If he had said the exact same thing about a man, nobody would have said a word.

She literally followed it up saying we had to blow out LSU to really register

A simple win vs #1 won't do it gents, has to be a blow out

Again, I wouldn’t have an issue if she had said “The committee just feels like Clemson is the more complete team.” That would legitimately be a better take than her schedule reasoning....which isn’t really even true based on ESPN’s on metrics.

The problem with Dinich is she’s supposed to be “reporting” on the CFP Playoff Committee, not pontificating about her own opinions....which suck.

Poor girl's been suffering from Bama fatigue for a while now.
She'll probably be the 1st to tweet Bama's eliminated from the playoffs if we lose a close one.
Gonna be a great day if we ruin it for her & other haters out there.

Imagine if all you had to do between now and Tuesday was “compare resumes” of Alabama and Clemson. What exactly makes someone like her or any of the other ESPN bloggers a “professional?” Is it that they don’t have a real job?

As someone stated earlier, she and all of the other BSPN talking heads are glorified trolls. Journalism is no more and has been that way for a long time. College Gameday is so lame and theatrical now. It's all manufactured drama and hype.

She was asked today by Jim Mora when was the last time she actually attended an SEC game and she said “It’s been awhile.” Yet this is their CFP Committee “expert.”

Yes...this triggers me.

She is part of the issues I have with this whole committee. Too many idiots and feelings.

Maybe people will wake up one day and realize the BCS had it right all along. A rotating group of individuals, behind closed doors and no oversight, is making decisions. But meh math and formulas of the BCS.

Just apply the BCS to a four team or eight team playoff.

No one has come close to beating Bama so far
Tennessee was 1 yard away from making it an 8 point game with 7 minutes left and Tua was out of the game.

Or just go back to playing your schedule, going to a bowl if you win enough games, and claiming a championship if the AP or coaches rank you #1 in their final poll. The desire for a "true" national champion will never really be met. There's always going to be controversy unless you include like 32 teams in the playoff, which will never happen at the FBS level.

It really is ridiculous that they didn’t just do that.

CFP leaders: “we want a playoff.”

BCS: “that sounds awesome. So you’re going to use our perfectly crafted formula that mixes objective results with subjective elements that only the human eye can determine, and seed the top 4-8 teams? People will love that.”

CFP: “actually, we are going to let Condoleeza Rice pick the teams.”
