I'm not surprised that Eli couldn't take the hint and bow out gracefully. Icon though he is, he has always been a touch pompous, and sounded very much like a guy who's been told every day for 35 years that he's an absolute legend. I'm glad for the memories, but he really had gotten bad at his job ...

If it's too small of a sample size, then I'm satisfied with that answer.
I don't know the standard on sample sizes before a little phenomenon like this becomes significant.
100% across 9 QBs seemed like enough to at least say it out loud.
But hey, if 9 outta 9 is still too slim, I can acce...

Not totally disingenuous, but you are right that I felt a twinge on this point.
However, there was no chance at that trophy without Tua taking over.
So while the waters are murkier there, with 100% of the data flowing in one direction, I think it's a fair inclusion ... with an asterisk....
