I know Nussmeier was the front runner with Klubnik from Clemson in the preseason this year

Nussmeir was a joke contender all along and I said it before the season. You can find it in my post history if you are so inclined.

Manning is an actual contender next year.
Kiffin was 7-6 at Tennessee, 28-15 at USC for goodness sake, 26-13 at Florida Atlantic ( are they even division 1 ?), and 32-17 in the SEC at Ole Miss.

Not exactly a stellar record.

They actually would have been pretty good this season if they just had a decent QB.

True. They chose badly at that position

Why do you say that Milner?

Actually I was just pulling a few chains but since this morning I have read that at least one source (and I have no clue who that would be) thinks it’s down to A&M and Alabama, at least in part due to Nix.

developed s pretty good team. I was privately kind of sweating that.

Thankfully Auburn is more dysfunctional than even Alabama in the 1980s post Bryant

Woohoo !!
Not sure you guys understand the purpose of SECRant
If you mean LSU is back to their traditional win percentage of 64.5%, then 7-6 wasn’t quite there, but since 2019 the winning percentage is 61.9%, so closer

All-time record
821–441–47 (.645)
16th best in the nation !

Surely he isn’t actually a UF fan. Got to be a troll.
He’ll probably be in the NFL pretty soon if any team will have him

That’s about to change

We heard all that when Kelly was hired.

For what it's worth, I appreciate the heck outta what Coach Cignetti has done at Indiana. I always liked him when he was Saban's wide receiver coach back during Saban's first 3 Natties at Bama.

I think DeBoer is going to be a very good coach at UA but if not, Cignetti may get the call.
I’m pretty sure the On3 evaluations aren’t generally accurate, and are just for clicks. We’re talking about them right now so I guess it’s working.

Don’t judge anything until the portal closes. Then we can panic or celebrate.

There really is no good time for the transfer portal but at least there is only one per year at the present time.

I agree that any team may in fact bring more better players in than they lose so no need to panic till it’s done.

An Alabama fan just posted about Auburn.

And what ?

Actually, I asked a question. It’s a trash talk board, for sure, but there’s always a chance you might get an actual discussion.
more players are hitting the portal than some fans expected, especially considering that one of the reasons Durkin was retained was to prevent transfers (according to some Bunker posters). Some of those fans also think Golesh is being tight on the money side, causing some of these players to consider the portal.

So finally to my question. Why would Golesh be tight on the money when it’s not coming out of his salary ?

Edit to note that i have an On3 account but am not approved to post on the Bunker
