Seems like Texas Tech was under the threat of boycott by other programs for considering doing this. Don’t see why sec ADs don’t threaten the same with LSU?
Given how slimey LSU has been with Wade, Kiffen and now this, I would love to see them get a virtual year off, while missing the playoffs to boot.

Most of those guys will be back sooner than later, and will be fine. Its a normal amount of injuries after the pads start poppin.

I agree. Every team has injuries preseason. If they don't they aren't doing much in the way of preparation.

Im really not worried about the kicking game at all.
Talty looked solid after the midseason meltdown and if he reverts the kid from Marshall can obviously get it done.

Heard on a podcast or on Jox that the Marshall kicker is on the Groza award watch list, Talty isn't. Probably not often that somebody doesn't even win the starting position while being on the watchlist for being the best in the country at that position.
