I was just feeling argumentative. I still have concerns but I’ll make sure to not respond to everyone who disagrees with me

Thanks for doing what the mods refused to and self-imposing your ban.

I disagree with you...

Emotional intelligence is very rare these days.

Didn't you act insane before the UGA national title game, make a huge bet and then back out of it?

Maybe just decide to chill the frick out on the internet. I dunno.

Ryan, we love you. But sports is not your thing and that’s ok. Find something you can do, and get after it bro!

Nope. None of the Rant Mods were willing to hold the money.

That’s fair. I didn’t back out of the bet though. I just bet on a site instead. Lost 1k. Lol

My advice (for what it’s worth) is CALM DOWN and try a little optimism. Not saying be Pollyanna and act like everything is fine at all times.

However, think about these factors from here:

CKD is a good coach. He’s smart, innovative, makes the most of what he has to work with and has been a winner as a coach.

There is still a crap load of talent on the roster. It sucks some good players left but Bama is still gonna win a lot of games.

In terms of recruiting, this is freaking Alabama. The passion, tradition and commitment to winning is second none.

I’m excited to see CKD’s offense, WAY more than Tommy Rees offense. Granted, it may take a season for everyone to get on the same page but I’ll be stunned if in year two, Bama isn’t an offensive juggernaut

Am I “guaranteeing” CKD is going to win a NC? Nope, but I like the odds he will.

In short, have a little faith and just take a “wait and see” attitude. It’s gonna be OK.

Back in the late 80s, I shed a tear after an Alabama sports loss and decided that would never happen again.

Now I've been able to keep my sports fandom as an interesting, pleasant distraction.

The moment the outcome of games (especially those played by kids) starts affecting my happiness or temperament in a significant way, I know it's time to step away and replace sports with other pleasant distractions.

I figured it was more of an example of don't repeatedly behave like a bitch.
