You can't compare him to Saban. You just can't. Saban saw the landscape and decided he didn't like it. So he walked. I don't blame him.

All the "naysayers" (ha!) downvoting apparently know more than the combined coaching experience of Saban AND DeBoer.
Both of which evaluated the team and felt that 4 was the best to lead the team.
