Zach Evans saved Bama with that unforced fumble. If this thing is 7-24 at the half I think the team folds. Now it's a different feeling going into the locker room. Neither team really played well that half.

Actually, the early whistle allowed us to run the clock before the half instead of scoring and allowing ole miss to control clock before the half.

You’ve seen the defensive stats when we tie or take the lead, right?

I would offer Kiffin 20 million to come back as OC/Head coach in waiting

Bingo! He would be able to get guys in his system and the transition of power would be far more smooth. Similar to Day at OSU.

Can’t help but feel like we are going to pull away in second half, but remember I felt that way last weekend too.

Not sure how anyone could watch that half and come away assured that Bama needs to hire Kiffin. His coaching is what kept Bama in that game

He ran all over the place in high school .. that’s part of his game .. if you can be the dual threat bc you’re afraid of getting hurt that’s not good

Same. But it seems like every game this year we’ve played teams way too close in the second half. We don’t have the ability to pull away without making mistakes. The Arkansas game is one we dominated the first half and still had to pull away to barely win in the 4th because we completely shite the bed in the 3rd.

Kiffin does more with less. He doesn’t have half the talent that Saban has. Idk if he should be the next coach at Bama, but he’s a pretty good coach just the same

He's still yet to even win his division in a power conference. He had the talent to do it at USC and accomplished nothing there. Got blown out by a very mediocre LSU team this year to lose the division.

This team doesn't know how to pull away

If Kiffin had just played his offense straight, he'd lead by more. He kept Bama in the game. But he always seem to go crazy against us moreso than any other team.

Game will probably be tight unless we play outer body and score a few which, I doubt.

You do know that he was dealing with quite a lot of reduced scholarships.
