After the ADay game I said the only QB who can run a full effective offense on this team is Ty Simpson.

I will continue to stand on this.

Milroe would look much better passing if we could protect him.

That would be cool. What would be even cooler is if we had Colorado’s OC.

Another thing: where are these great pass rushers we hear about? Is Dallas Turner even playing?

I'm still mad Dalcourt somehow plays when we know he us a turnstile or a penalty waiting to happen.

Like how can you be so absent-minded like you're a damn freshmen???

Of course, the discouraging thing is the thought that maybe we don’t have a better option at QB.

Then our recruiting process is absolutely shite. There is no excuse to be carrying 4 other scholarship QBs that are worse than this.

Milroe's not a pocket passer, he needs to be rolled out to see downfield.

It would basically take a Mac Jones type guy to pass well in this game. He’d know what was going on before the snap and he’d be comfortable tossing shite all over the place knowing where it was safe and where it wasn’t.

Milroe is obviously not on that planet so he needs good protection to even be halfway productive at passing. BUT he can do it with good protection.

The line is getting mauled at which point Milroe has no chance at all.

I do not think the other QBs will be able to pass right now either.

Pour bleach into my eyeballs.

As bad as it looked on tv, it was 10 times worse in person.

I'd be shocked if Simpson ever sees the field at Alabama. He really struggled in camp.

Buchner seemed to run the offense but never wows you with anything.

Longeran looks like a natural passer, but the game looks a bit fast for a true fresh. But if you had my pick if we needed to come back it would be Longeran

Anyone think Saban might pull Milroe at halftime?

This is too great of an atmosphere to be ruined by watching Milroe try to play QB

Honestly half the time they are in our backfield immediately after the snap.. rushing on only 3 or 4

It's embarrassing.

When OL blocked better earlier we were controlling this game.

Jalen Hurts used to roll out left or right almost every play and this take away half of the field

I truly wanted this Milroe thing to work out, seems like an awesome kid, but he goes absolutely batshit between the ears under pressure. He cannot make the right decision about 90% of passing plays. His proclivity to making poor decisions heavily outweighs his athletic ability. We have to try Buchner or Simpson, don’t we?

This is where I am. I'm not usually a chicken little, but this ain't working

LOL. That is an incredibly positive spin on this dumpster fire if a 1st half.

I didn't say it was. great half......but given the offense is a shite show and can't sustain drives it could be worse

We don't know if we have a better option because Saban handed the job to Milroe while insisting that this was still a QB competition through the first few games?
