Yeah just leave and be done. Fans don’t want or need an explanation. If you weren’t playing we know why you’re leaving. If you were and you’re leaving we know why as well.

These kids don't realize when the grass looks greener on the other side of the fence, it's probably due to a septic tank issue. Let them deal with it.

Is it just me, or is anyone else over seeing these tweets or Instagram posts where these players want to thank everyone, the coaches, blah blah blah, with the last section starting, "with that being said"

Very, and they're ubiquitous at this point.

Here is the one Hurts did. This is real and genuine, which I'm fine with. What I can't stand is the ChatGPT bullshite full of buzzwords, thanking people, etc. that reads like a self-fellating award acceptance speech.

Are we OK with losing Mbakwe the CB in exchange for Mbakwe the WR?

"Can't" and "won't" are two very different things.

What's really concerning is how much better Ole Miss's season turned out than BAMA's because of all the $$$ they spent.

Yes, they don’t like the fact that it is the sport that most clearly shows the massive physical distinction between men and women. If any woman showed up on a big time college football field at a regular position, no matter how big and tough she may be for a woman, her life would literally be in danger. Just one normal solid hit and if she recovered, her life would be changed forever.

Many fools and perverts in academia cannot bear this thought. This massive difference is shoved in their face for 5 1/2 months every year with an intensely attentive nation forming a vast audience. The closest the girls can come to participating is to bounce around and cheer on their heroes. It’s bitter for some to watch or just to be reminded.

The pity is that women can have an exalted place in this society as “givers of life”, then molders of that life, but so many have bought into the mirage of a career and daycare. So, we have to import strangers to make up for the lack of workers. At least at the present we get to add Hispanic peoples who appreciate to some extent what this country supposedly represents, even if our lives don’t match the ideal anymore. Ironically their view of women matches the reality much better than ours. Hopefully it will take a generation or two before liberal institutions and rank and file Americans corrupt them. Then who will we take?

I absolutely hate the current state of cfb with the transfer portal and NIL. Well, at my age I guess I’ll just grin and bear it while I yell at the next person to get off my lawn. ??

Between Keelon and Ryan’s cryptic insta posts it seems like it hints that we might have persuaded Bak to stay.

Who the hell knows? It could be just a couple of teenagers playing with the fan’s emotions. Bottom line is that the current state of college football sucks!

That only means that of those that have predicted, they've predicted Ole Miss. Could be one or two predictions. It's not them giving an estimate of how likely he is to go to that school.

Defensive line is getting thin and quick. Biggest issue in my opinion.

Bummer. I thought Payne showed some good stuff when he got in the game. Wasn’t super flashy but always seemed to do his job and hold his own out there. Best of luck to him.

Need Roach to start developing some of these guys into high draft picks to incentivize them (to the point that you can in this NIL world) to stay and get developed.

If they get Mbakwe back (or not) my next call would be to Suntarine Perkins agent with a 25% salary increase.

If conference opponents want to play in the mud, let’s get down in the mud.

Saban was the GOAT because he adapted. Dabo has wandered in mediocrity because he didn’t. We either play the game by the current letter of the law or get left behind. Eventually the guardrails will go up, but they aren’t there yet. If nothing else you need to be able to pivot on a dime in today’s game. I think we all agree that we hate this version of the sport, but shouting at the clouds isn’t going to stock or retain the roster.
