Boomers really screwed up the housing market. They complain about people using terms such as rizz and cap or trans when that really has 0 effects on anyones life. What they did to housing which effects every single person in the US makes them the worst generation in history.
I assume there will b...

Government expenditures over $1 bil should be voted by the general public; Zoning law ends
Posted by Saunson69 on 4/26/24 at 2:00 pm
Any government expenditure over $1 bil, including items like sending money to foreign countries, should be decided exactly like the presidential race. By a vote. Now maybe only 10% of the legal aged population shows up to vote on each item, but it still puts the power with the people. There might en...

As someone who isn't living in BR, why the hell does this even matter? So what, you get your own town. That doesn't change much. Still paying taxes that go to the poor through state income taxes. Property values stay the same as there is no change in neighborhood demographics, just on a large scale ...

I disliked people from BR when I was at LSU because they only hung out with each other and never ventured out. It's like there'd be a large party and on one half of the room was people from all over LA and other states and the other half was just people from BR. Not one of them ever came up to me an...

There's plenty data on this. Simply search "Rainfall tre...
