Some of the dumbest Soldiers I met in the army were officers. Not the brightest bunch
Bro, you cannot publicly speak out against the president while on active duty. First amendment does not apply
Soldiers have fewer First Amendment rights than civilians.

Not a big fan of the first amendment I guess.

He's an active duty service member.

What happens to a military guy that actively undermines or disobeys his superior officer? I’m asking honestly.

Max penalty is death if done during a time of war

Shot? No, this is the USA

Showing up at the Capitol, in uniform, as an active-duty military serviceman, to call for the active ousting of your commander-in-chief (the highest-ranking member of the military) is treason. May not fit the definition of treason according to the UCMJ, but that is treason.

All he had to do was resign his commission, and then he could go in uniform to say whatever the frick he wanted at the Capitol.

Shot for disagreeing with current administration? Guess it's not the land of the free that you want it to be.

Read the UCMJ lately? He's violating UCMJ 88, 92, probably 94, and 134.

A U.S. Air Force major was arrested on Wednesday after staging a protest calling for President Donald Trump's impeachment.

Major Jason Watson held a sign calling for Trump to be removed from office on the steps of the U.S. Capitol, where protests are prohibited unless participants are accompanied by a member of Congress.

Initially, Watson had been accompanied by the Texas Democratic Congressman Al Green, but when he left the area, police said he would need to stop his protest or be arrested.

We looked into a nursing home which is roughly $8000 a month. She’s 71 and her total retirement income is around $3000 monthly. I applied for Medicaid and even though she can’t even cover half a months stay at the nursing home, they said she makes too much to qualify.

I do this for a living. It's a qualified income trust. It allows over income individuals to qualify for medicaid. Very easy to do.
