I love how crazy a lot of euro taxi drivers drive. The ones in south America are even crazier, though

We went through a large bank in Rome. Took a few months. Very painless.

20 year mortgage. I think it was like 5 or 6%.
Most FAs are terrible. You are better off just investing in low fee vanguard ETFs 90%+ of the time

So, all the other US athletes that compete for the US are idiots? By your logic, we would not be competitive in any Olympic sport.

Mondo's excuse is just that, an excuse. He would be a household name here in the US and be very wealthy.

Choose to represent another nation on a national stage for monetary reasons? Especially when you were born and raised in the US? Go live in Sweden and China. Don't come back.

If the dog has never been aggressive with family, then youre likely good. But I agree, you need to make sure the dog has minimal interactions with non family members

I go probably 3/4 times a year for a couple of weeks at a time. I work remote, so just work while I'm there.

House pays for itself since we rent it out during the summer, so no ongoing expenses for us. Europeans pay out the arse in the summer.

We have a car, so I can go explore any cities I want. And there's an international airport 20 minutes away with daily cheap flights all over europe.

eta: I fly for free from credit card points. Obviously, I stay there for free. So I can go to europe for two weeks and spend less than a thousand. We let friends and family use it for free, so it's always cool when other people go and use it. It's five floors and has a shite ton of space.

I own a house in Italy. I would never buy anything in the UK. Theyre going down the shitter
