I have been very fortunate. My retirement accounts are about 10% of my net worth. Most of my net worth is in investment properties. Fat bastard's guide and advice were huge in helping me build my real estate portfolio. I'd attribute ~70 to 80% of my success to reading threads/posts on here over the years.

This board is full of outliers. We happen to not spend much, save a ton, and I own multiple businesses that all do well.

I tend to believe most people on MT.

I'm at about 700k in retirement accounts at 38. I put about 60k in them each year. So maybe 4 to 5m by 50? Don't know, don't really keep track
