Miami is the Texas of Deep South, but worse. Even Saban can’t fix it. If you think dealing with meddling Texas Oilman is bad, his would you like to deal with obnoxious meddling New Yorkers. “I would come to games but they play on the sabbath and have terrible bagels “

I felt sorry for Diaz, then I was reminded of how he bailed on Temple. Live by the sword, die by the sword.

Manny Diaz is nothing more than an assistant OC. The excuses he tries to slip in his tweet are ridiculous. He turned a dumpster fire into a wildfire. I am a LSU die heart but that is the best thing that could of happen to Miami. Now all the have to do is replace the administration. UM is just a reflection of the state of Florida.

So they fired a guy they haven’t even hired yet and kept the Coach they already had and meant to fire?

How in the world did diaz ever get a HC job with a major college football team? He was less than average DC. Miami swung and missed with this over rated coach.

His father, also named Manny Diaz, was the mayor of Miami for aboute a decade. We was well liked and obviouisly has huge connections.

There is a thing called class, that UM definitely lacks, as evidenced by how they handle this entire scenario.

I’d bring him on in some capacity. Lots of Florida recruiting connections.
