The crazy thing is this should have been expected to happen considering COVID rental rules. You let people not pay rent or utilities for two years? Did the government honestly expect certain individuals to willingly start paying when the payment suspension was ended? And expect them to pay back rent...

My wife used to be a property manager. She knows all about dealing with section 8. She said the government pays 40% of the rent and the property owner can’t evict if they take any of the section 8 payment for that...

The military is a good option for someone that doesn’t want to go to college. Especially if you pick a Medical related career field. Most medical jobs carry over to the Civilian side very well. I work in a hospital. About 25% of my Department is Military trained with no college degree.
