I just don't understand the move to college ball. If he just wanted to coach, move to wherever you wanted to move and coach a high school team at a private school. Wouldn't have to teach, just show up to practice. Don't have to recruit, just deal with what you have with no stress. He knew the environment and the way college ball is now.

Trust me, kids of all ages are totally different than what he is used to coaching. They have been enabled, coddled, and given everything they have always wanted (entitled). Coaches from his generation will always deal with issues because they believe they can make a difference. Fact is, they can't. I am stating all of this from experience. They are totally different animals they what he is used to dealing with, especially professionals.
