1) Anybody with a semi-decent IQ who isn't on the government payroll or benefiting from government subsidies should be able to figure out the same thing.
2) The sad part is that they don't have anywhere else to go but the Republican Party, which isn't that much better because too many of them are part of the corrupt system, too (I'm looking at you, John Thune).
