As we move away from the global economy to more regional set ups it will slow down. Another thing, if they needed a full replacement they are also scheduling a damn crane. I've ran into scheduling issues with that as well

Let's use common sense here: If you're running a company are you going to implement this policy and think no one will notice or complain? Definitely some type of programming error

People are quick to say that money is the issue and it may well be. I can tell you that getting parts for ACs has become much harder after covid. The world economy is slowing down and this will become more common
I had my friend do it with Ice and Shield. After that it is a shite ton of nails and other hardware. He did it for $1k cash and had no problems getting the certificate

This swims around my mind right now. My mother is about to be 74 and is in good shape but my stepfather passed a couple months ago. She was basically made to move on but fortunately she has the familial home and it is paid off though a lot of upkeep. Women on her side tend to live into their 90s and keep it together pretty well but this will require more of my attention down the road. Selling the property may become an option and getting her something smaller and easier to maintain while leaving her with money to go along with her maxed out social security. Not sure what this will mean for me. I have savings and retirement but it surely isn't enough. It makes me think I should get to draw social security early since to help and the government gets to take so much of people's funds as it is. Not sure what to do yet.

This is correct. I was lucky and had a friend take care of it for $1k. People are getting ripped off for whag is essentially a different layer and a lot of damn nails.

It is very good but it it isnt Lit RPG. The narrator is considered top notch as well. He did PHM as well
