I don't know but just spitballing here. Maybe you have historically sucked is because there was no discipline and accountability. For whatever reason the teams with that seem to be successful. Where has Boston College and the NY Giants been since Coughlin left. Hell, how have Jaguars been since Coughlin left. Who puts their gf/wife (really granddaughter) on the field as an "audio specialist"? This will definitely end very, very badly. They will have to pay him out $100 million if his contract is 10 years.
