Trump will end destroying the GOP and empowering the radical left
Posted by hansenthered1 on 2/5/26 at 5:09 pm
Almost continual string of L for Trump the last month or so. He's focused on playing CIC around the world while his country burns and becomes captured by the radical left.
As the left gets more organized, more openly violent and more powerful I've seen the right do what it does best, splinter, attack itself and act like if the problems are ignored they go away.
Trumps just not good for the party outside of elections that he is not in.

Ussery is a sin, is Trump our priest?
1% of home are bought by private equity. The idea that the state can tell a free market capitalist company they can't buy homes is socialist.
The maga baws are not loyal to anyone but a man. Trump a rightwing prog

Does the OP really think the Sec State is the only one who can work on diplomatic missions?

It's Trump...he's literally making socialist argument regarding caps on interest of credit cards and limits on what companies purchase when it comes to buying homes.
Trump is the least conservative POTUS we've had who calls himself a Republican. He's a big government, government are the solutions populist. By far more progressive economically than any other Republican

OP needs to understand that the MAGA loyalist will bend with Trump and support him no matter what. Trump is failing in the main area that people elected him, to stand up to the woke left.
Don't expect MAGA base to leave him. He's going to leave the GOP a destroyed regional party and the full on commies in charge for decades....his fans will still claim his the best.
Trump has betrayed the right and esp conservatives.

re: Would You Baws Cooperate With The Marxist Checkpoints In Minnesota Or Drive Through Them?
Posted by hansenthered1 on 2/3/26 at 9:30 am to LuckyTiger
The realty is, if they were being set up in your neighborhood, you'd know just how powerless you are when the cops did not come to take them down. You'd know that if you did drive through them, they'd probably get you at some point and you'd have not back up no allies and no hope for winning a fight.
It's easy to talk big, but outside of being big bad online warriors, most of the people on this board, would not drive through them. They'd sit and seethe at home just like a huge number of people who don't support the far left are doing right now in MSP.

re: Trump says Thomas Massie might've become a liberal because of Massie's new wife

Trump only cares about Trump. He's not really conservative at all. Massie may not be a bootlicker MAGA baw but he is far far far from being a liberal/leftist.
Once again Trump is better at attacking his own side than standing up to the communist left.

Thank you....nothing can quite demonstrate why the GOP and the right are in a free fall to complete destruction like the MAGA base looking past the open leftist insurrection against the legitimate democratically elected government and focusing instead on Epstein and Jews.
The right are just not a serious movement. Maybe in the next cycle, if we can still vote, we'll elect a conservative movement who is fit to lead the nation. That is to of course if the left don't do what they say they will do and kill or lock up anyone who they can prove to have been openly supportive of the POTUS.
When the Bolsheviks were making inroads into the Russian army in 1917 there was an officer who returned to the court of the Tsar to warn them and saw that most of the women were wearing red buttons and badges pinned to their dress. He realized it was too late. Right in heart of the government that should have been taking the communist threat seriously, there was a disconnect from reality. The right in the US us doing the same thing right now.

He's caving. He knows he can't win the PR war. He knows that they have won yet again, using the same 2020 tactics. The dems are passionate enough to go out into the streets and fight. The right can't even organize a simple counter protest.
Trump a big disappointment in the culture wars. Almost all of his policies have done little to change things long term.

Look at Virginia as a model of what is to come. The only reason that DEI/ESG has faded is due to those who pushed realizing it was a political liability. One they win again, even by one vote, you can expect it become turbocharged and strictly enforced. They'll not run on it, business leaders will not openly champion it but once they gain power, you can expect the suits to fall into line.

haven't they shown the market with it's gouging included is better at meeting needs that led to gouging than some regulatory central gov declaring what the prices for goods should be?
Yes...the answer is yes.

What do you think would happen? They have the judges, the BAR, the full gambit of white collar managerial elites.
We did not plan for this. Too many thought one win at an election would be all it took.
Get ready, they have, the worst is yet to come.
