I recently left my company seeking more responsibility and ownership. I found a new position within 3 weeks. 50% pay raise and an extra week vacation.
They had turned down other candidates they interviewed because the candidate felt as an experienced engineer they shouldn’t have to get their hands dirty in the field when it’s required. (Bet this guy was one of them.)

If the roles were reversed and a male trainer pushed a female player like that and she swatted at him like that. I think most of y’all that are saying the player should be punished would be saying the male trainer (water boy) was wrong and should be fired.
