The 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath, which comes equipped with a movie theatre and an outdoor pool is listed for $1,395,000.

Sorry Cali but in a quick search for homes over 4 million, I found 1 in Baton Rouge, 2 in Slidell, 2 in Zachary, and 6 in New Orleans.
