Go back as far as you want.
Not including Swift and Holyfield

Sony, of course
Nick Chubb
Lars Tate
Terrell Davis
Rodney Hampton
Remember Worley?
Garrison Hearst
And of course Todd Gurley

Who was your favorite RB? Who are you rooting for the Super Bowl win because of our favorite Dawgs? Pats for me. I always liked Sony over Gurley.

You forgot Knowshon.

Anyway, mine would have to be Rodney Hampton.

Gurley was my favorite even over Herschel. Chubb is making me reconsider though--Nick is pure Old School and might be the best.

No other college has such a great record of great and high character running backs.

I'm picking Gurley over sony ?? but some of my favs were sony, chubb, knowshon, musa smith, and robert edwards. I feel musa doesnt get as much props just having that one great year in 02.

No comparison over the two. Herschel was way better than Gurley.

Gurley.

But the combo of Sony and David Andrews, if the the Patriots win, I'm good with that too. I actually kind of want the Patriots to win.

Gurley. Dude was an angry runner who flat out punished anyone who tried to tackle him. He's the best one we've had in my lifetime.

Knowshon

Still the only Georgia jersey I own.

Gurley and Chubb are a close second.

Chubb. In large part because of his humble attitude, and how hard he had to work to recover from that devastating injury at Tennessee.

I choose to ignore the NC game his senior year, and be thankful for how incredibly well he led the team that season.

Chubb is my favorite. He maybe wasn’t as good as the others, but he is one class act on and off the field.
