Auburn needs cleanup a few tick-tacky things, like most teams after their first game. I did question some of the play calling, and though Golesh was going to be a big improvement over Freeze in that regard, but Golesh may know his OL and WB have limitations and just went conservative. Durkin better get his side fixed quick, it’s going to be a long season.

If Barn wins 6 games with Goulash, I’ll have two bowls of goulash.
Sort of like a ban bet — this a good old fashioned goulash bet.

I do wonder if Baylor has a decent D line or does Auburn have major issues at O line.
Dave Aranda did a good job as defensive coordinator at LSU so I would think Baylors D would be solid.

IDK other than bama and UGA , AU schedule is dogshat. Ole Miss and Vandy will be much worse and ms state and arky suck
They should get to 8 wins

It amazes me how many college football fans still can’t grasp the concept that trying to compare last season’s game results to this season’s is virtually useless thanks to the transfer portal
I’m sure the Baylor D morphed into the 85 Bears because of the portal.

What an idiotic comeback. No one is claiming Baylor is the 85 Bears. But if you had been paying attention, you’d know Baylor did significantly improve their D-Line in the offseason via the portal. That showed up today.

But I think this shows the program is taking steps in the right direction
If you consider moving laterally the right direction. Offense and qb play were arse. The running game was arse. The defense collapsed in the 4th like normal. We were within an inch of defeat. At some point this program is either going to invest in a high caliber qb or nothing will change.

BS. Only because LSU had great talent at every offensive position. Go back and look up the scores. LSU D was porous.

Darth, you have to remember who you're talking to. It's a Gump. They don't understand simple logic like us normal people, who aren't inbred, do. He doesn't understand that rosters change like the weather in this new age of college sports. All he knows is that his mother and sister are still pegging him with the exact same strap-on dildo that they were pegging him with last year, so he thinks that college football rosters stay the same as well.

Baylor is going to be a 7-5 absolute ceiling team. Enjoy the win man, but AU is going to face at least 7 SEC teams with a better DL than what they saw today. The AU D player made a fantastic play to win the game, but an even slightly better throw and it’s a loss. It’s a game of inches. If you are encouraged by the effort, more power to you. I saw an ugly performance. You don't like that take, so cool.
