UGA played lights out in the first half but in the second half UGA hardly scored and UT was getting a lot of yards in the second half but couldn't score enough. It was a closer game than people act like it was just because the first half was such an arse whooping.

I assume you didn’t watch the game. After Bennett dominated vols in half 1, Uga quit passing the ball in the 2nd half as soon as the rain started. Only an idiot would give the vols credit for the rain.

Nothing to gain? The kid can’t even read a defense. He shouldn’t be going pro. Let alone missing our bowl game.

At least Tennessee gave UGA a better game than they gave SC...

I don't think I'd describe the South Carolina game as a whisper. Fireworks are loud, baw.

After his combine, he’s being mocked as a consensus top 10 pick. I’d personally pick HH over him, but some GM’s are in love with traits.

Georgia hardly looked minor league. Most sports media seemed to think Georgia was more like an NFL program than a college team.

Responses like this make our entire fanbase look dumb. You know he wasn't calling Georgia a minor league outfit. He was saying that in general, college football is becoming less college football and more like a minor league for the NFL, and that's turning a lot of people away from the sport as a whole. I personally have watched less college football over the last 3 years than I ever thought I would.

Georgia closed the playbook when the rain started. If the weather stayed dry, Georgia would have won 45-13. Tennessee had no prayer of stopping the offense or moving the ball, because they couldn't run against a light box, which is the entire key to their offense.

Yeah and Spergon Wynn was picked before Tom Brady. There are athletes dumb GMs fall in love with every draft. Does not mean he will be a good player regardless where he is drafted.

You can’t be much of a Georgia fan if you haven’t watched much football in the last 3 years. It’s been an awesome time and the future looks really good. And don’t tell me what I know. I’m a die hard Dawg and I know perfectly well what he was saying. You are the dumb one for not watching a sport that you feel qualified to comment about on sports boards.

Yep, and bowl games don’t mean anything anymore especially when the best players are opting out.

Exactly when did bowl games matter? There was only 2-3 bowl games that had a possibility to play into the championship....just like now. Yeah. I get it. Players are opting out. But those bowl games never mattered anyway.

And when you explain how dumb of an excuse that it is, they double down on it with “but it happened”
