Not justifying it, but Hunt is not a coach. Gruden has to command the respect of his players, and can't do that anymore

I mean I get where this board leans, but I never hear Big Ben's name brought up as an example. It's people that have done far less and are not in the league because their talent could not out weigh their actions. Nope defending anyone crimes... talented people no matter the color of their skin will get second chances.

Big Ben was convicted of nothing yet had his name dragged through the mud and was suspended and fined.

Urban Meyer was on video molesting a drunk girl and no one cares. But Gruden used words, not even harsh words and he has committed a crime against humanity.

If a few loud blue hairs crying about stuff is a sign of "culture" then you need to find a dictionary.
The problem is companies not wanting to get targeted by the loud few. The vast majority of people on all sides just do not care about this stuff.
