That happened after wwII , All wars are that way.

I'm sure Patton would agree especially when he had to wait outside of Berlin for the Russians to get there.

As for as Iran. It will be hard to break their will cause fighting is in their blood and plus they are promised 42 virgins.

Trump just needs to send in the Marines to take Kharg Island and turn it into a mini military base and shut it down or start selling the oil and keeping the profits. Unless it is booby trapped.

I mean, think about it. We had just witnessed a son of NYC, who had never even ran for county commissioner or dog catcher, run for and win the Presidency of the United States.

Yes. While she had been grooming herself for it being the first lady, senator and sec. of state. Basically padding her resume. Trump never held a public office or gov. position. Sweet.

I would say you are pure blood if you avoided the mRNA vaccine. Getting Covid provides natural immunity not artificial.

Pure blood here.

Makes sense.

I bet the average practicing medical doctor like the family doctor, does not have many pubs or journal articles. Yet that does not make them unqualified. They are too busy helping people.

What also pisses me off is that some folks are so TDS infected that they continue to support this gnome and shrug off the increasing knowledge of his abuse of power and inflicting untold damage.

I know. Seeing these people, I know and some well educated on Facebook makes me sick.

This guy is Professor and Chair Emeritus, Department of Psychology,at UAB and re-posted this on Facebook.

Expertise used to matter in this country. We have sunk so low that many Americans somehow prefer the advice of Rand Paul over Anthony Fauci. Let's compare. Paul has a total of one 4 page publication from 1988. He is not certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, but the "National Board of Ophthalmology," a group he created. Fauci, an internationally revered scientist, has over 1,400 scientific publications, including many textbooks. (I can tell you the number 1,400 is mind boggling. If a scientist has 100 publications, he/she is a star) He ranks 9th out of 2.5 million authors in the field of immunology by total citation count. He ranks 20th out of 2.4 million authors in the field of research and experimental medicine. He was one of the principal architects of the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, a program credited with saving millions of lives. He is the longtime chief of the immensely important Laboratory of Immunoregulation (see photo). 51 universities, here and abroad, have honored him with honorary doctoral degrees. And yet, a substantial percentage of Americans believe what Paul (and other non-experts) has to say about COVID. So, why do we need universities to teach and train us? Why not seek knowledge from any idiot on the street? It takes less time and you don't need to pay tuition!

I wonder then what I'll be in August when summer jobs come to an end for high school and college kids.

Roughly 2.5–3.5 billion people, concentrated in high- and upper-middle-income regions were injected with an experimental mRNA product.

And yet I see some many in the medical community support Dr. Fauci. I guess they protect their own and follow the party line.

I'm glad I'm a pure blood.

What I'm trying to understand is why the push for a vaccine in the short term with no long term effects known, for something with 99% survivability rate. Now if it had less than a 90% survivability rate then I could see the push.

Seems reaching heard immunity would have been more natural and better.

Carpet bomb

These people have been fighting each other for centuries. Even in Vietnam it seems carpet bombing was a short term solution. We still had to send boots on the ground. They knew we'd eventually get tired and go home which we did.

Right now Iran knows it can wait it out unless we send boots on the ground, and make the change. The religious zealots ruling are not going to give up so easy.
Oil and SOH has giving Iran leverage.

Just watched a documentary on LBJ. Trump is following LBJs path he took with Vietnam. Thought we could just bomb the he!! out of them and they'd give in. Vietnam realized over time the US will get tired and go home so they just hunkered down in the jungle and took the punched.

Iranian leaders knows the US will eventually stop. Especially if the democrats take over.
I think that is great.

Tuskegee is close to AU.

When I first got out into the business world I wish Auburn at least made the the seniors in business school wear formal business attire. We dressed like college kids. This was back in the late 80's and early 90's. I had a plant manager tell me to read the Dress for Success book. I also was told to dress at the level you want to be, not the level you are at in corp america. Now it seems no one wears a dress shirt and tie anymore. Seems polo style shirts are the norm or dress shirt with no tie.
He would need a SCOTUS ruling. If anything Fauci damaged himself enough by taking the 5th. If nothing else is done he named has been tarnished.

I have wondered about the legality of these stores. In my state, a government entity can’t legally compete with the private sector for most services.

In Alabama we have state operated liquor stores and the private liquor stores must sell the alcohol at a higher price than state operated ones.

I live near a military base and it seemed the people with government ID's could show at the PX - public exchange at cheaper prices.

Ask yourself why the Dems pardoned him, and all the way back to 2014?

I think they pardon him last minute cause they figured Trump 2.0 would go after him if they did not. The democrats knew what he was up to and I think Trump 1.0 figured it out or Fauci came clean with him, however firing him during Covid would be bad optics and an election coming up. The pardon was a CYA for Fauci and the democrats. They showed their arse at the hearing this week.
Kerry Kennedy and polite society and the way they act.
quote:

How in tf did he get a pardon

I think he came clean with the Biden adm. and as a cya they gave him a pardon. He is seen unfortunately as a hero for many. I think he might even came clean with Trump however being a gov. bureaucrat and a legacy, Trump knew it would be bad optics to fire him so I think Trump made some silly statements like the light probe and bleach to cover for Fauci. Trump allowed Fauci to fix his mistake of dabbling in gain of function experiments.

Fauci is the guy who pushes you into the water when no one is looking, and then pulls you out when everyone is looking, to make it look like he saved you.
Epstien's atrocities were isolated and some what limited.

Fauci's atrocities are global and the virus and its mutations are here to stay. Basically unlimited.
Gov. MeeMaw in Alabama made us wear mask while the surrounding states didn't have to wear them. One time I went to Tennessee and was wearing mine in 2020 and getting funny looks. I realized it and took it off asap.
It was. AI stocks getting hit hard today.
Fauci will just use doctor speak and kill them with that when he testifies. He is a weasel.
