If the listing were for most beautiful state in the SEC to live in...
1. Tennessee
2. Kentucky
3. Georgia
4. Mississippi
5. Arkansas...at least the parts of Arky I have been too.

Sc would easily be top 3. Beauriful mountains, beaches, great outdoor life, etc. Bonus points for its smaller size to reach whatever part you want to visit within 1.5 hours

I think New Orleans is the only third world city I've ever visited besides Montego Bay, Jamaica.

You obviously don’t know jack about Tennessee or you would not have batched Us with Georgia. Did you not see CNBC’s ranking last week? It ranked Tennessee the worst State primarily because of our stance on social issues. Worse than your State. Furthermore all 9 of congressman are Republican. All of them.

I don't understand this.
I love Louisiana. I'm 15 minutes from several of the best bass lakes in the south. 45 minutes from some of the best deer hunting in the country.
I have friends and neighbors who are always willing to help me if I need assistance.
Our food is amazing.

I'd live in any southern state and be happy, maybe except Arkansas. Here is my list:
1. Tennessee
2. South Carolina
3. Georgia
4. Alabama
5. Louisiana
The problem with Louisiana is that there are places I love and then places I actually hate. I don't have the situation with the others on the list. Kentucky is beautiful but it gets too cold
