Zow doesn't belong here in any way shape or form... But his only sin? Wasnt mismanagement by Franchionnne ...unless you are considering the inability to put touch on a 3 yd /dump off pass as mismanagement. So many open players on short passes that went 10 yds

1999 is what Andrew was for ALABAMA. Shocking the Gators 40-39 in the Swamp was epic, beating them twice for the SEC title a delight.

And if you care to remember, the 2001 barner game:

The Auburn Tigers were looking for Tyler Watts and the option, that's not what they got, thank goodness.

Instead, they got the Andrew Zow show, for a freakin' change that year, and during that game he became the all-time leading passer at the Capstone, directing an offense that churned out nearly 550 yards in a 31-7 victory over Auburn Saturday in Jordan-Hare Stadium. That was Andrew Zow when he was left the hell alone.

Zow completed 22 of 29 attempts for 221 yards and two touchdowns without an interception, picking the Tigers' defense apart with short throws and occasionally catching them off-guard with deep passes.

You're right, Andrew Zow should never, ever be on any BAMA fans Worst Passer list, unless he doesn't know what the hell he's talking about.

Had I not chosen SEC as a parameter, I would’ve listed Reggie Ball for sure.

Calvin Johnson became a great receiver because he had to catch Reggie Ball's shitty passes. Reggie Ball is not on the worst quarterback list because he had Calvin Johnson catching his shitty passes.

He still has a year of eligibility left. There is an old legend that one day he will return to play and take all of college football by storm. If your inclined to believe in such prophecy.

He was still incredibly shitty with Calvin Johnson.

His career completion percentage was 48.6 while starting 4 years, with 57 TD and 55 INT.

Greg McElroy was atrocious.

Greg McElroy would probably have won a national title at Alabama last season. He was at least better than Milroe.

Was it the 58 total passing yards and 0 TDs that G-Mac had against the Shorthorns in the National Championship game that has you mesmerized?

It was a totally different Saban offense in 2009 and reportedly McElroy played with 2 cracked ribs. But unlike Milroe, McElroy could run the offense without running into the rush, or holding the ball longer than any qb in the nation, or running straight into a pile of defenders to end the national title hopes for his team, among other things.

in an era of wide open offenses, Milroe compiled 116 yards, 0 touchdowns, and 0 titles in the playoffs last season.

That fricker from LSU that threw three pick sixes in the 4th quarter to secure a come from behind loss to Auburn in like 1994 or some shite. What was that assholes name?

jamie Howard and he isn't near the worst in SEC history. The issue with that game was he wasn't having a good game that day at any point. One TD pass he had was on a bad throw that was deflected and a WR ran it in from long distance. LSU built a 26-9 lead in the 4th with defense and the running game. The OC was forcing him to throw down field when he was having a terrible day. That game was on Lynn Amadee not Jamie Howard.

No, he could not avoid the rush and he too held the ball forever and was destroyed on many an occasion. Greg single-handedly refused to throw to Julio many a game with one on one coverage. Therefore Julio was never a consensus all-American and will never be in the CHOF. Thanks, Greg. Trying not to make mistakes, Greg got destroyed with sacks.

In 2009 had we not gone exclusively to the Ingram Wildcat in the game vs SC we would have gotten beat at home. Greg was terrible against Tenn and it took 2 miracle blocks by Mt Cody to win the game, again, at home. He again was doing the same thing vs the barn. He finally, finally, started throwing to Julio on the "drive" in the 4th quarter, I guess out of sheer desperation, and we won it in the last seconds. The only game G-Mac showed up for, for 4 quarters, in 2009 was the SECCG. It was the absolute game of his life. OF HIS LIFE.

With all the talent coming back as defending champs in 2010, we still were the only BAMA team that lost 3 regular season games under Nick Saban after 2007. Again, thanks, Greg.

Treon Harris, UF. Once walked off the field laughing and joking after a game in which his QBR was 3.

Beat Georgia twice. Still incredibly embarrassing lol.

Tyler Watts. The Pelham sprocket. He was beyond terrible. He is worse at commentating than football if that's even possible.

Lol, stats don't tell the whole story. McElroy was surrounded by NFL talent that helped him out best they could. Saban said that was one of his most talented teams that couldn't pull it together. Go back and watch the South Carolina game and get back with me. LINK
