Jokes on you. We don’t have SEC pride. It’s just something to rub into KU’s face.

Didn’t happen. Mizzou had Sheldon Richardson run his mouth before opening UGA game about how the SEC was old fashioned and we got killed our first year.

Good question...

Is there a Big 10 board where 90% of the posters spent the last three years saying that Oregon was going to get their arse kicked if/when they joined the Big 10?

Texas is #1 because of the SEC. There is no way Texas is in this position without them extending an invite to get us out of the Big XII. It enabled Texas to build in the trenches with recruits that previously wouldn’t have given us the time of day.

Texas is no longer a Big XII-styled team. I would hope other SEC remembers would recognize that if we won the league in year 1. But I appreciate that it might feel like we walked in front door without knocking and started eating out of the fridge.

If Texas wins fair and square, then no. Texas seems good but haven’t played the likes of Bama or Georgia , Tennessee or even Vandy. Georgia will win this weekend. Kirby knows how to win these type games. I see A&M beating Texas. Vandy may pull a Bama type game. Kentucky is no slouch.

I doubt they even make Atlanta

Texas fans deserve to be excited. They have sucked far too long.

frick the SEC and their feelings.

Without the SEC & Sark from Bama, Texas would still be 5-7.

No. Because [insert reason of your choice]...

The SEC is down this year.

Every week in the SEC is a grind. There are no easy wins.

Texas was gifted an easy schedule.

Other teams who play the teams on Texas' schedule were not given an easy schedule.

there's certainly some butt hurt in here - but it's not SEC related - it's clearly the Texas QB running game on NIL$ at Ohio Slate knowing all along he'd play his real college ball in Austin

Ewers would not have let any win just slide away -
