On an escalation of this scale, I think you have to. It puts the ball in Iran's court and it will be obvious if anything is being moved out of these sites, which makes the job of securing/destroying it much easier.

In the desert east of Natanz or the tunnel complexes will be destroyed with tactical nukes.
Fallout on these is minimal and wind is currently favorable to blow away from population centers near Isfahan, Pickaxe Mountain and Fordowe. These are also the highest probability sites for housing the Uranium based on intelligence and satellite imagery.
It would likely take 15-20 tactical nukes to reliably destroy all 3 tunnel/bunker networks.
Is it an escalation? Absolutely. The stated reason for this war was stopping Iran from getting a nuclear weapon. Anything short of either seizing or destroying the uranium will be a failure.
There are 3 other options:
1. End the war and leave the same ideological regime in place, still in possession of the Uranium.
2. Send in ground troops to secure the uranium at the potential cost of thousands of American lives.
3. Negotiate the surrender of the uranium.
1 and 2 are politically unacceptable outcomes and there is seemingly no chance that anyone on Iran's side that would agree to surrender it, has the power to do so.
Unless preventing Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon was a lie, tactical nukes appear to be the cleanest way to get a victory and get out.

At once one can believe that this preacher should be forgiven by believers that seek forgiveness, that he should still be in prison, that he should never be alone with children again, and that God will judge the sincerity of his faith and repentance.

LSU offense will be cutting edge. I can list on one hand seasons in my lifetime
Posted by olgoi khorkhoi on 3/31/26 at 12:21 pm
Seasons that LSU was on the cutting edge of modern offense
1. 2019 obviously
2. 2023
3 2001 Rohan to the always open Reed
4. 2006
questionable
5. 2007
Honorable mention
2020 The few Brennan games
That's all I've got. Maybe some of the Hodson years, but I was too young to know what was else was going on around CFB.
I don't know that '06 was as much scheme as it was a 1st round QB and receivers. Same with 2023. It was really Jayden Daniels creating and some fantastic receivers.
2007 Wizard's offense was interesting but not sure how to classify it.
We are entering a completely different era from anything we've seen in the last 50 years, and I'm pretty confident that holds true much, much farther back.
It's going to be amazing to watch the P&G running a balanced, smart, unpredictable, cutting edge offense. any year that the defense is top 30 should mean a potentially deep playoff run.
