Why won't Alabama schedule a home-and-home?

Looking at your future schedules, it's embarrassing.

LSU has future series' with Texas, UCLA, Arizona State, and Oklahoma.

Alabama has games scheduled with Arkansas State, ULL, The Citadel, New Mexico State, Southern Miss, Georgia State, Kent State aaaaaannnndd Mercer.

Step it up Bama.

Why are you lurking on the Alabama board?

And at least mention our neutral site games played every season.

Way to pick the games that only fit your narrative...

They prefer the neutral sites, their fanbase is growing tired of them though. Louisville in Orlando might be the final blow

Why should Alabama help Troy? Nothing to gain by doing so.

Bama has been playing those season opening neutral site games of late, FSU last season and we open with Louisville this year.

No. Duke in Atlanta may be the final blow. But at least I’ll get the tickets for $10 a pop.

At least its close in Atlanta. Many people can even make it a day trip and not have to spend the night

It’s a flight either way for me.

I can drive to the Arlington games. I’ve enjoyed all of those.

You're not going to like the correct answer. Because they don't have to. These neutral sites will take a Bama game in a heartbeat. Success breeds demand

Bama is making a shitload of money playing these Chick-Fil-A kick off games against decent programs every year.

I think a lot of ADs do. Because the school gets some form of revenue from those games, correct? Better to get revenue from seven home games and one neutral site game than to get revenue from only seven home games.

Duke in Atlanta? Is that seriously a neutral site game Bama has scheduled? Good grief who will even be remotely excited about that crap. If you're going to go overboard on cupcakes, at least play someone worth a damn in neutral site games.

Well, if you ignore the neutral site games then yes the home schedule made up of Sun Belt/MWC/SoCon teams looks abysmal.

Still, I wish we would. Neutral sites are ok every 2 or 3 years, but every year is just ridiculous. Especially when we now can't get anyone to play us in them.

Agreed that the fan base it getting tired of the neutral site games. But it’s obviously what Saban wants so what are we going to do. I may actually to Orlando. That Duke though. Yikes.

More revenue and it's much easier to be flexible and pick your games closer to time to play.

However, teams have gotten the hint and have no desire to play us in those games anymore. So, we are stuck with Louisville and fvckin Duke.

Why be so dishonest?

Next season Bama plays Louisville. LSU plays SELA and Rice

Louisville and Duke suck. With rent a wins like LSU on the schedule Bama going to have to step it up.

Not to mention we've tried to plan a series with Ohio State, but Urban won't have anything to do with that.
