Birmingham is fine but I wouldn't mind seeing it rotate between Birmingham, Nashville and Frisco.

I am very surprised by the responses of reasonable LSU fans in this thread. For a moment anyway, my confidence in humanity is restored

I vote they move it to Nashville.

The stadium in downtown Memphis is awesome. Just wish it could be there at least once.

5 miles from my house. It should never move. Sign a 10 year extension.

Biloxi would be fun and great distance for the biggest baseball fan bases in the SEC (LSU, State, OM). Would be awesome to spend time at the beau and head over to watch games

Still not a good reason to be played in Hoover. Not when Regions Field is literally blocks from the SEC headquarters in downtown Birmingham and is significantly nicer.

Not sure which is worse. OP thinking Hoover is redneckville, or you thinking Hoover is an hour away from downtown Birmingham

No, Nashville is now a purple city.

They're "country" by recognition only now.

Could be worse...like in the state of LA.

Even the rednecks know that place is a shite hole.

Biloxi has a nice minor league park across the street from Beau Rivage. You can practically watch a game from the hotel (rooms facing the city and not the water, obviously).

Within a decade or less, one of the major sports' tourneys (baseball, basketball, football) will be in Austin. It'll happen right around the time all of you SEC traditionalists learn the hard way: The Longwhorns have the money to drag nuts and frick up the conference however they see fit. They're just minding their p's and q's until they get in the door.

No one really wanted to drive 1000 miles to see a baseball game.

because when there was talk a decade ago over moving it - the LUS Whining Tarpers fans B&M'd they couldn't park their RVs and shotgun beers with the Honeydipper truck drivers in Downtown Nashville.
