I don't care one way or another. I'm not particularly invested in whatever hoodrat shite goes on down there.

My only issue is with the hypocritical bama fans who have been crying about having shite slung their way when they have done the same in the past and would certainly be doing the same right now if the roles were reversed with any other team.

He's right you know

So the real intent of your post actually has NOTHING to do with the incident, itself, huh?
I suspect that at least 75% of the posts attributed to this incident are made in the same vein as yours.
Thanks for being honest! So many others haven't been!

You figured it out. I only had to spell it out for you. Figured I was going to have to break out the crayons.

Don't get your feelings hurt when your fellow fans pile on and sling as much shite at every chance they get then try to play victim when the same comes back at you.

Well done. A lot of people are going to look a lot stupid with a lot of egg on their faces for dragging this kid through the dirt so hard. I know WHY this topic hasn't died off yet... b/c bama hoops is doing great. It's just an absurd story that no one could care about if it weren't for the success of the team.

Quite the contrary!
You honestly made a statement that SO MANY posters were hiding behind! this entire time!
Whether your post was an act of being honest, or just, to a small degree, dimwitted, makes no difference. You "shined the light" on the entire witch hunt, and brought the truth to the front!

A couple of things that I think bother some of us:

1. It is hard to believe that Miller did not know the gun was in the back seat. Surely Miles told him that when Miller dropped him off. That's a piece of property that surely Miles wanted taken care of and not lose. If not, then it was a bitch move by Miles. What if Miler was pulled over for a traffic violation sometime during the night? There would be some explaining to do why a gun was hidden under clothes in the back seat. Or what if someone else rode in the back seat that night and stole the gun? That's why i think Miles advised Miller that he was leaving his gun in the car.

2. It is also hard to believe that Miller did not see the text from Miles to bring his gun. Phones have full attention of everyone that age. And you can easily see and listen to texts in the cars these days that have text messages pop up on the car's screen.

Of course, none of this can be proved or disproved. It's just the probability that Miller knew the gun was in his car and he read the text to bring the gun is what has people upset.

There is one thing I have not heard or read. Did Miller go to the police and/or Nate Oats immediately after the shooting? Or at least the morning after? Or did he stay silent until his presence at the shooting was revealed some time later? If it was me and I witnessed a shooting and was completely innocent, I would have notified the authorities the first chance I had. I wouldn’t care if it was my buddy…..he wouldn’t be my friend any more anyway If Miller remained silent, it just gives a bad look.

Whatever makes you feel better. Just don't be a shite person and jump on the next controversy with another team that comes along.

Which three thugs are you referring to? Was the guy in the car with the deceased that brandished his pistol first, one of the three?

If you don't know this, then you really don't have enough info for a conclusion, right?
It's all in the report from the Tusc. Police Dept. I suggest that you read it carefully (example: does Miller own a car that allows him to read texts off the dash?)

The way its been stated is that he initially didn't know anyone was injured and became fully cooperational with police. I don't know if they came to him or he went to them.

But he definitely talked with them that morning cause they were arrested based on alot of what he provided by 5 o'clock that same day.

That’s why I’m asking….trying to get answers so I can make a conclusion. Don’t be so sensitive.

And as for the car….doesn’t Miller have a late model sports car that he spent thousands adding extras to the inside and outside. If so, I’m pretty sure it had the technology for texts to pop up on the car screen. I have a 2016 model with that factory technology.

So, former justice dept attorneys who are not privy to the facts of the case are openly helping to mold public opinion?

do you have a link to this?

Are you saying that because they aren't privy to the facts of the case then they shouldn't "help mold" public opinion?

... Yes, I have a link.

The funny thing is that OP is one of the worst on this board for doing just that.

Yet he gets his panties in a wad when the tables are turned.

What a hypocrite.

No problem, I would say that's all pretty believable considering he was in his car and never got out, the jeep was parked behind him from reports, and she was in the Jeep.

Would have been hard for him to know someone was injured.

Responsible thing to do would have been to call right away of course. But I don't know that I would have as a 20 year old. Actually, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have.

I’m not advocating for him to be prosecuted or kicked off the team but he knew the gun was in the car.

I have not read all the details of the case but is there any actual evidence that he knew the gun was in his car?

A text to him certainly isn't proof he knew. My wife sends me all sorts of texts. I certainly don't read them all. I once drove to Mississippi to pick up a kid because I missed a text she sent.
