Unless shite goes really south for them I don't see him leaving. No matter what States NIL budget is... they can raise a bag to keep a piece that essential especially for an instate guy.

There's a little more to it than just the roles they are filling. Lebby is the HC that also calls the plays. It means he doesn't need to be keeping all of the HC duties in his hat as long he wants to do that. Having other former HC means they can help with that. Arnett for instance handles all the penalty decisions.
Not saying it's ground breaking, but I think it's an improvement over last season.

Assuming he's out for the most money, then State will likely have a problem. If he's happy making a little less than the most money (as someone already stated), then they may be all right. There are other factors than just money.
And better weapons elsewhere? How much better do they need to than what he has to work with. Evans, Ragins, and Magee are looking very good so far, and Bothwell is quietly having a nice season as well.

State can match dollars due to revenue share. They'll give Kamario as much of it as he wants.
What State hasn't demonstrated yet is the commitment of spend necessary to build a championship team around him. Perhaps this team will spur some untapped donors and make it happen. I've said it here and people get mad, but while Kamario says all the right things publicly, he considered other offers privately.
The real test will be if a team like Miami, who no doubt has the ability to pay him whatever he needs and also surround him with championship talent like Malachi Toney, comes calling.

I don’t think Lebby leaves after this year. A couple reasons:
Our team is very young and KT will be back next season. Next season is honestly the one we could really be good, like CFP good
I also don’t know of many big programs that will have a vacancy. A lot of them are either stable or have a relatively new coach. FSU or OU are the only ones that might have a vacancy. Maybe Clemson though I’m not sure that’s a big step up, they’ve always been meh except under Dabo before NIL

I don't think Lebby is going anywhere either. He's at a low pressure job that has pockets to back a team when the stars align like they're about to in the next two years. If he jumps it's for an obscene overpay.

Lebby a good ole boy that seems to like Starkville. I don't see him jumping to any open good job. I do think he ends up at Oklahoma at some point.
