Darnold had a pretty good season, I wouldn't put him in the Dilfer camp IMO.

- 5th in passing yards
- 2nd in YPA
- 8th in completion %
- 10th in TDs
- 9th in TD%

I'm not saying he was bad by any shape, but he also led the NFL in turnovers with 20 (14 INT). Kind of crazy the guy that led the NFL in turnovers didnt have any in the playoffs, granted he tried pretty hard last night and the Patriots would not oblige.

He just kind of seems like an average-ish dude at QB in the NFL.

Fair enough. Darnold has been very solid this year. I'm not sure who would bump him though. To be honest one of the very worst performances by a SB winning QB was Peyton Manning when the Broncos beat the Panthers. A damn LB won the MVP.

It has to be Jim Kelly, Dan Marino and Fran Tarkenton. They never won it and are in the hall of fame.

Those poor Bills teams... stacked, multiple trips, no wins.

The question refers to SB winning QBs.

Kelly and Marino are all-time greats.

I put Fran in the same class at Archie. Great athlete and fun to watch, but not exactly an all-time great QB as a passer. Archie in particular had pretty atrocious career numbers.

Ben Roethlisberger had probably the worst game for a winning QB in 2005

9-21, 123 yards, 0 TDs, 2 INTs, 22.6 passer rating

Antwaan Randle El threw the best pass of the night for the Steelers. Strange stat Hines Ward had as many receiving yards as Ben had passing yards.
