This could very well be a 25-30 year dynasty.

Matt Campbell is more realistic.

He'll get ran out of town when the guy has less than a 10 win season. When Saban retires Bama fans will be the one to bring that program back down due to unrealistic expectations.

Yes it will be nasty! Dabs is the second best coach in college football right now and he is doing it at Clemson so he may actually be better than Saban. I would hate to see what Dabo could do at Alabama.

Dabo is not Saban
And if Clemson were in SEC west things would be different for that program
He’s a great coach and recruits well
But he is not Saban

That seems to be the conventional wisdom but I am not so sure. Being the guy who replaces Saban is going to be a thankless task.

Beginning to think Dabo never leaves Clemson. Basically raised his family there, his son plays for him. Good place to retire, part of the country. He is their Saban, plus he will win at least one more NC at Clemson.

I think it would be a mistake for him to leave. I bet he stays.

He would be the stupidest human being alive to come to Alabama after Saban. No coach will be good enough after Saban and will continually get death threats from obese inbreds.

Not really. He's going to be the next Ohio State head coach when Urban Meyer quits/retires in the next few years.

This will not happen. He'll have 20+ years at Clemson before Saban is gone. He's raised his kids there. One of them plays for him. He's basically a god there. He's not going anywhere.

Also, it's reins, dumbass.

For the Bama fans saying never dabo. Who would you rather have today than dabo? Why not dabo?

He doesn't have the personality for the job. He would let all the hangers on back into the program that Saban exiled. It would literally be Dubose part II. No thanks.
