What will be the first "SEC" thing that Texas/Oklahoma fans get up in arms about?

And let's go ahead and disallow State's cowbells because that is a clear number one.
Some obvious contenders:
a) Tennessee playing "Rocky Top" a million times
b) STTDB
c) Alabama getting all the calls
d) Auburn's bizarre voodoo magic at JHS
e) Being barked at by grown men
f) Rammer Jammer
g) How overrated the Grove is
h) Permanent cross-division rivalries (assuming we still have divisions)
i) How Missouri doesn't belong here
j) The terribleness of the seating in Neyland Stadium
k) Piss balloons
...and of course feel free to add your own.
I'll vote either C or D for OU, and F for Texas.

This will make OU feel at home.
For Texas, it will be the first time their administration tries to act like the bully it has always been and gets laughed at by the SEC. You can tell that it is going to be a big reality check for those boys that the entire world does not revolve around them.

It's going to be the calls when they play Alabama, they are going to understand over time what it means to have the SEC office there and the BS they pull off.
In 2nd place, it will be the BS the SEC will pull to protect its favorite teams like making sure Texas plays every top 10 in the SEC but yet let Alabama & LSU play Vandy etc.

having to actually wait until 2025 to play SEC football. the Big Twelf commissioner will somehow keep that league in tact for that sole purpose alone.
it may consist of UTEP & UTSA along with Houston, North Texas and Texas State and the like - but he won't let it die just to screw UTA & OU.

What handful of fans make the hike out to Columbia are going to be pretty pissed to find the stadium is a mile off campus.

We probably won't chant this at games against UT-Austin since it's entirely possible that out of all the fan bases, y'all might actually make an attempt to comply. So, in case this does come up during a game between out two schools,please understand that it is a taunt, not an invitation.

I predict OU will get mad about the officiating and claim it the old guard out to get them.
